Note B: There are no showers at the church we are staying at.
Disclaimer: Rafting is the plan unless the River is moving too slowly. In that case we would go to Canoeing. You could then possibly upgrade to a Kayak for an extra charge.

We know that swimming is not really a "modest" activity. None-the-less some bathing suiits push the envelope norm of acceptabilty - in such cases consider a T-shirt combination? Because it is so subjective and we are from a beach community we do not have a hard fast rule and we will have a fairly relaxed approach to this.

REGISTRATION: Trip fees include: Transportation, rafts/canoes, and breakfast. We will be eating out on Friday and Saturday night and this is not included in the fees. You may bring your own dinner and snack with you on Friday if you choose. Sponsorships: If you are wanting to go on this trip but are not going purely because of the finances then talk to Pastor Glenn. Some of your trip could be paid for by special donations!
Sign up: A $20 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a spot on this trip. This deposit counts toward your trip fee.
Fee schedule:
Regular fee: $50 paid in full by Friday Aug 6th
Late fee: $60 if paid after Aug 6th.
*If you are traveling on your own and want to meet us up there then you can deduct $15 from the trip fee.
All balances should be satisfied no later than Aug 12th.
Cancellations: Any cancellations or no-shows the day of or the day before the trip will forfeit their entire trip fee. Otherwise, if we are notified in advance of your cancellation, your money can be refunded minus $20 minimum deposit - if you request it.
Everyone will be reserving there place on a first come first serve basis. You are registered and your place on the trip is reserved ONLY when you pay the non-refundable $20 deposit.
To insure harmony we require the following:
Ø No coupling off or public displays of affection
(except for married couples)
Ø Christian music only
Ø Approved vehicles only on the trip
Ø Everyone shares the work assignments
Ø Everyone participates in group activities
Ø No tobacco, alcohol, or firearms permitted
(unless CHL please notify PG if intent to carry)
Ø Do not be possessive of a particular seat
in the vehicle – move around!
Ø All drivers must have an alternate driver and
be willing to switch
Ø No whining
Ø Have fun!
